VISITORS AND REGISTRATION

Pro Integration Future Asia is open to all Pro AV & Lighting professionals as well as the information & communications communities. Click here to see the full visitor profiles.

Registration for Pro Integration Future Asia is not yet open. However you can register your interest by  clicking here.

Students of Undergraduate level and above (individuals and groups) on relevant courses of study are welcome to attend the show. Students will be asked to show a University Identity card or equivalent student identity. Please register via the normal registration process, ensuring to select yourself as a student.

Yes, the show is free to attend and gives you free access to the co-located events: The Security Event Asia, The Safety Event Asia and The Health & Safety Event Asia (part of Safety & Security Asia). 

Yes, you may register on arrival to the show. We do advise that all visitors take the opportunity to pre-register via the show website.

When you pre-register, you will receive a QR code by email. Show us your confirmation email at the registration desk on arrival to the show and we'll print off your badge.

Your ticket allows you access to the whole event as well as the co-located events: The Security Event Asia, The Fire Safety Event Asia and The Health & Safety Event Asia (part of Safety & Security Asia).

Please go to the Registration desks and they will print your ticket for you. Please provide the registration support team your registered email and name for verification purposes. You may be asked for proof of company as the show is only open to trade visitors. You can provide the company business card as proof of identification.

Visitors are allowed to purchase daily MICE self-park coupons at $8.56 (incl. GST) from the Event Services Concierge Counter (Level 1) upon presentation of Visitor Badges from 7AM – 7PM. Purchase of coupons are not available after 7PM.

Marina Bay Sands is linked directly to Bayfront MRT Station (CE2, Exits B, C, D & E) on the Circle Line.

Yes, free WIFI is available throughout all the Show Halls at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre. 

Themed cafés serving light snacks and refreshments can be found within the halls alongside numerous bars, restaurants and seating areas outside of the halls, offering anything from a quick drink to a more substantial meal.

If you need a visa to attend Pro Integration Future Asia (PIFA), The Security Event Asia (TSEA), The Fires Safety Event Asia (FSEA) and The Health & Safety Event Asia (HSEA), it is essential that you begin the application process as soon as possible, in order that you obtain your visa in time for the show or registration deadline.

All travellers are welcome to Singapore regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.

Travellers from eligible countries/regions will also be able to use the automated lanes during arrival for immigration clearance at our checkpoints under the Automated Clearance Initiative.

All travellers can enter Singapore with no entry approvals, pre-departure tests, on-arrival tests, quarantine, and COVID-19 travel insurance required.

Your pre-departure checklist:

- Secure tickets for any flight to Singapore
- 3 days before arrival (including the day itself)
- Submit SG Arrival Card and e-health declaration via the official and free e-service on the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website.

A Visa Support Letter will ONLY be issued to VIPS, SPEAKERS and EXHIBITORS who have been invited by show or who have paid their exhibition registration fee in full. Once we have confirmed receipt of payment from the proposed attendee, we will need the full name, nationality, passport number, expiry date and date of birth for the attendee, only then can we issue a Visa Support Letter. The Visa Support Letter will confirm the event title, date and location. It will also confirm whether the individual is a speaker or exhibitor. It will not imply any undertaking to provide funding nor act as financial guarantee for your stay in Singapore. The Safety & Security Asia reserves the right not to issue a Visa Support Letter in certain cases even if above conditions have been met. Exhibition Fees will not be refunded in the case of a Visa not being obtained.

 

AT THE SHOW

On arrival to the show, show guides with floor plans will be available to collect at the entrance.

No, our conferences and seminars are run on a first-come, first-served basis. We advise that visitors arrive at the seminars in plenty of time to avoid any disappointment.

NB: Please note that as well as seminars, there will be workshops running. Some workshops will require additional registration/booking due to limited spaces being available. These workshops will be advertised as requiring additional registration on the show website.
